HYBRIDS

Just recently the Senate passed an act that enforced the annihilation of all HYBRID beings this act is known as 'The HYBRID Elimination Act'. Though President Damien Magale was against this unprecedented act he was outvoted by the Senate and it was passed successfully. The reason behind this Act was because the United States Government and their allies did not believe people wielding such power were capable enough without Government consent and immediatly sparked a worldwide realization to the many other countries. It was around this same time that a General in the United States Military named Charles Rage was put in charge of forming a Private Military Organization which he called H.U.N.T.E.R (Hybrid Utilization Network of Trained Edict Regulators) and the Act was enforced. It did not take long for certain HYBRIDS to get caught and when they did they were given a brief option to join H.U.N.T.E.R and help eliminate all opposing HYBRIDS or die. However, while the annihilation of HYBRIDS continued on General Charles Rage had darker intentions and formed an arrangement with a highly regarded Professor named Eisenheart in return for a great deal of money Charles Rage was told to bring all captured HYBRIDS to the Professor so that he could run underground experiments that had to do with the mixing of DNA to develop Super Soldiers.
